I just found out that in the original story of Energon/SuperLink, in episode 33, "Scorponok's Scars", it was revealed that Skorponok doesn't have the Spark of the general of Planet Q, as has been told, but that Alpha Q actually took a wandering spark of a Decepticon to implant in Skorponok.

Now, this, coupled with the actions Skorponok portrayed during the show, like allying himself to the Autobots, transporting Ironhide to Prime's side to help Prime save Galvatron from Unicron, and Skorponok not actually being brainwashed, but choosing to work for Galvatron, because Galvatron saved his life, all make me believe that the Spark Alpha Q used was actually that of Armada Starscream. The characters are quite similar, both very honourable, basically "good" Decepticons, who see the bigger picture at hand, and not work purely for their own goals.

What do you think?

but then who the hell is SL Knightscream :wtf

The other speculation is that Scorpinok was created from the remains of Armada Thrust.

LOL! Words right outta my mouth! Why was Screamer so angry in the begining then. I just think Scorponok was used to being a leader but was out powered and out matched by Megatron. I never watched SL but he seemed hard core brain washed at the end of Energon. He reminded me more of Transmetal 2 Dinobot or should I saw Dinobot then TM2 Dinobot. His own mind, Dislike for Megs, joining the other team, Dying and then coming back as a loyal minion only to help the good guys in the end.

The other speculation is that Scorpinok was created from the remains of Armada Thrust.

Yeah, that's more believable (The original Thrust had the same voice actor)

Starscream is Starscream. He was just a 'clone'of  the Armada Starscream (body & spark) really, created by Alpha Q to kill Optimus Prime & steal Energon. Scopinok's just a new character really

Well, like has been said, SL Knightscream/E-Starscream was merely a clone of the original, and hardly had any of the same personality-traits. Skorponok, through being a deifferent person, does share a lot of personality-traits with Armada-Starscream. As for Thrust, simply based on voice-actor, I find that hard to believe. If that would be true, most of the G1 Decepticon cast would be the same person. :P

I think the Starscream to Scorponok theory is a good one.

SL Starscream was basically a drone in a jet body.

Not that Sl/energon ever made a whole load of sense!

Its an interesting idea. I mean Energon Starscream had his memory wiped so he might just be a shell. Unfortunatly Megatron gains so much control over Scorponok it doesn't matter. By the end he is no better then a drone. He said he fought because Galvatro created him. But he was from  another planet. The real Scorponok died not long into the series. Yet another reason to hate energon. Canyou imagine how it would have been if Scorponok and Starscream had regained their minds near the end of the series. Gakvatron wouldn't know what hit him :tfevil  :tfevil
