So is there anyway to get an Alternator head for kitbashing or head swapping without paying the $20 for the whole thing?

There was a thread a while ago on this, but nothing come of it. Your best bet would be to contact KCC or TFMaster. I know that Lobo has done a few too. I'm sure others do it too, but these are the first that come to mind

Are you sure you don't mean Transrepro.com? Ken does have that one mould. The way he sells it though is as a clear blue version for a light piping effect. Pretty sure if asked he could make one up in a solid color of grey or black.

 

To tie this in with plowking's statement, there was a thread trying to get some collectors into letting Transrepro.com borrow some Alt./BT. heads for moulding. A few mentioned a bit of interest and kind of said they might send some heads... but, then, nothing. Don't know if Ken's health factors in either.

 

TFmaster does have some good talent! I got one of his works from squall42080 a few days ago and it's spectacular. :thumb Now, if I can find Alt. Op. Prime when he hits the shelfs... :schin

I emailed Ken a few months back, before my computer crapped out and I lost all emails and a lot of other stuff, and he said either he had plans for a Tracks head or was working on one.  I can't really remember.  I just remember he had interested in doing some. 

I'ld probably like a Decepticharge and Swerve head, since they are not available as BTs

Decepticharge head sounds good since it should have promise as a WC repaint

I`m still waiting for him to send me an order I placed 2 month`s back. I also e-mailed him, regarding my order, and did not get a reply. :schin Wonder what`s going on with him.

Health problems again from what ive heard, i think he had another stroke or something
