It's complete and unbroken. The ears are there, just folded down.

I have a dilemma!?!

The auction said C9.5 condition, so I e-mailed to ask if the item was broken. The seller said:

The robot is in excellent condition. Ofcourse the ear still there, but I forgot to pull it up before taking the picture.
Sounds good to me I thought.

The item arrived a couple of days ago and there is some minor damage to one of the clips at the back, not a problem. The main barrel attachment has had a bit of repair work done, not a problem either. The electronic lights work but there's no sound, couldn't give a monkey's about that. Now here's the problem.....

The left hand (pink gun) has a little bit of the tip missing, (you can see in the picture if you look closely.) It's not snapped off, it's just came unglued. It's exactly 5mm in diameter so it should be easy to find some plastic tubing to repair it. Maybe not an exact colour match, but close enough to look good on my shelf.

What should I do?

Should I:

A- Just leave negative feedback.

B- Leave neutral feedback.

C-Give a positive feedback, with a snide remark.

D-Contact the seller.

I know you'll all say "D" but on what grounds can I complain? Is the item significantly not as described? Have I been ripped-off?

Any advice people?

BTW - the ears do fold up on this version.  :thumb

Leave positive feedback. You should have realised that most people who use the "C" rating system have no clue on what it actually means, or how to grade properly.

I'd say neutral is the way to go

I left a positive (I'm too lazy to argue with 'em!)

I do have one last question for the Shocky experts out there..... I found some clear 5mm rubber tubing for the gun-hand tip and it fits like a glove (badoom-tsh!?!) but what is the exact length of the tip part? I don't have any other Shocky molds to check on & I'd like to get the length right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  :thumb
