Trainbots!!!!

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking about purchasing a Raiden KO sometime soon.  Has anyone else bought one, and if so, which is the "best" KO to buy?  If i had the funds, i'd go straight for G1, but that's not really an option right now.

Thanks in advance! :thumb

one year ago, i bought one.

well, the quality not bad, but the color not so bright.

if the have the reasonable price, worth to buy

I got one 5 years ago and the plastic quality is not too bad (i.e. doesn't break apart that easily.) If you have the knock off Technobots Afterburner and Nosecone, the plastic quality of the Trainbots KOs are a little better than they are.

One thing to note: the KO Trainbots don't come with separate guns for the little guys.

Hope that helps.

i saw one a while back when I was lookin to get raiden, however i got an original gift set instead...back when I had disposable income..ah those were the days...lol  :( He is a pretty Spiffy Combiner so I do suggest getting one KO or vintage. :thumb

You can tell he's a knock off but the plastic isn't terrible. The main problem is that two of them (the legs I think) have arms that easily pop off. They don't break, they just come off at any and every opportunity. They don't have pistols, the green one is the wrong colour, they lack diecast wheels, and they are missing any track pieces. Other than that they are a great fake.

I wouldn't pay over $20 though.

to be honest, i haven't seen a perfect quality ko toys...

new KO prime may be the best IMO

i agree...i normally try to avoid buying a KO for more than $20.  Does anyone know where I could buy one for under $20?  I checked on Ebay and the cheapest i've seen is at least $40... :redface

Try Big Lots, they seem to have a few of them from time to time.
