Grimlock

Origins: 

Grimlock was created by Wheeljack and Ratchet not long after the transformers arrived on earth. After a bit of a rumble in the volcano, the autobots discovered the skeletons of several dinosaurs. Wheel Jack had the idea that dinosaurs would be a big help. So he creatd the dinobots, Slag, Sludge and Grimlock. Unfortunatly they suffered frm being too much like the real thing and had to be sealed away for everyones sake. However after the autobots got in serious trouble, Wheeljack re-activated them and managed to up grade their minds. The dinobots then went out and kicked Tailpipe, with Big Grim in charge

Personality

Grimlock is not the brightest autobot in the world but you wouldn't wnt to be without him in a fight. Like any dinobot, Grim lives to fight. He enjoys nothing better then stomping enemies. He is also quite convinced that he is the greatest autobot ever to live. In fact, early on he thought he would make a better leader then Prime, but after a struggle with new dinos Snarl and Swoop, and Prime saving his life even though he'd nearly slagged Optimus, Grimlock made do with being the dinobot leader. Grimlock does have a softer side to him though. He is devoted to the other dinobots, despite the in fighting which is present. He also seems to like Daniel, as seen in Madman's paradise. But you rarely get to see this side of him as he prefers fighting to any other kind of fun...except listening to stories, especiallyu Kups war stories. In fact Grimlock and the dinobots are Kups most devoted, and alot of the time only, audience. While ost of the time he means well, Grimlocks limited intelligence causes alot of problems. Partly because he lets his animal instincts take over insted of his brain. Not always a good idea. Also Grim rarely even considers thinking, which when you want to be stealthy or need some one to do some thing for you is a big draw back. But in the end Grimlock only wants to help...in an insane destructive sort of way

Strengths

In robot mode Grimlock posses a sword and a blaster. However it is in beast mode he truly shines. As a t-rex, Grimlock has enormous brute strength, enough for him to take on a gestalt. His jaws are very stong and can chew through most metals. And if all else fails, he'll simply pound you into the ground under his big feet. He can also breath fire and posses eye lasers.

Weaknesses

Grimlock lacks speed and manoverability. Fine if you are on the attack, but on the rare occasion he has to retreat, this can be a serious drawback (see Call Of The Primitives). Grimlocks biggest weakness is his lack of intelligence. It can lead him to be manipulated. It also means that he fails to see when he is actually doing more harm then good.

1984-5

-Grimlock first activated

-Grimlocks intelligence upgraded

-Rebels against Prime

-Rivalry with consrtucticons begins

-Trasported to Dinobot Island

-Becomes a slave in Cybertron mine. Freed by Spike, Carly and Swoop

1985-2005

-Optimus takes Grimlock and the dinobts to one of Cybertrons moon to help him moniter Cybetron and plan its re-capturing

2006

-Transported to alternate dimension.

-Imbued with super-intelligence. Creates Technobots. Transfers intelligence to Computron

-Grimlock and Dinobots called to a dying planet along with the other 'primitive' animal transformers to battle Tornatron

Peronal opinion

Grimlock is my favorite transformer from any series for several reasons. 1. I'm a dino nut. 2. I always liked hard hitting characters. 3. His personality is so well done. 4. He is the funniest character in transformer history. In the broken speech of the dinobots, saying anything is hilarious.

When i was little the first episode of transformers i ever saw was Dinobot Island. Since then I've been hooked. And Grimlock found a special place in my heart. GRIMLOCK STOMP!!!!!!!!! :tfevil  :tfevil  :tfevil  :tfevil  :tfevil  :tfevil
