well if humans can build and work on tf's the technology has to be similar

That's because they were tought how to by the TFs themselves. Plus, the TFs transform into earth vehicles, thus enabling the humans to repair them easier anyway.

....doesnt have a counter-remark

Now why would a human know that? It's prolly some metal undescovered by humans, especially since life forms(the TFs) are made from it. If humans couldn't explain it in general, let alone the creators of the show, don't expect me to.

Ppl can't just explain everything that humans shouldn't be able to comprehend. That's why I'm made at BW season 3 by actually trying to make a form for the Vok when the unicron head clearly said that they didn't have forms the Maximals could comprehend...

well weak enough megs can chunk a giant splinter shaped stick throug ops torso

That means nothing, considering that hurricanes can drive pencils through telephone polls. I'm sure Megs is strong enough to make a weak stick(especially one shaped like a splinter; shape matters too) go through practically anything like that.

Face it, physics are kinda messed up in comics.

point made....unknown matters involved plus made up fictional physics of comics

METAL CRACKS LIKE GLASS!!!!
Actually cast metal can crack and break under stress.

Why would an alien robot life-form from a highly advanced planet be made of cast metal...?

I never said they would be now did I? You shouldn't really jump to conclusions.
