Galaxy Force has exclusives.

Cybertron is apparently coming out (from what is have read in TFans) with the some of the same (if not all) black repaints.

Whether or not Hasbro comes out with the Cybertron black repaints remains to be confirmed/released.

 

Here is a list:

Galaxy Force Dark Ligerjack = Cybertron Nemesis Leobreaker

Galaxy Force Dark Nitro Convoy = Cybertron Override GT (update: Not dark? see Edgewise below..thanx edgewise :))

Galaxy Force Wolf Fang = ?

Galaxy Force Soundblaster = ?

 

 

 

1) Is it worth buying the Galaxy Force Dark Exclusives...knowing Cybertron will (may) be getting them?

Dark Nitro Convoy has a Cybertron version? That I don't recall.

Well Hasbro said they would make any character that appeared on the show into a toy, so Dark Ligerjack is going to be released here as Nemisis Breaker.  But the rest will probobaly not see a release outside of Japan. 

 

I personally have Dark Ligerjack, came in the mail last night

and

Dark Fangwolf, both excellent figures. 

 

My personal opinion is that Soundwave is not that great of a toy to begin with, but with a different paint scheme then it would look nicer, but still doesnt save.

 

If I could get a dark Nitro Convoy for a decent price then I would pick it up.  But of the ones released so far, wait on Nemisis breaker, and get a dark fang wolf, the figures looks alot better then the cybertron release. 

Override GTS is not dark, it's still mostly white and red and barely seems like a repaint. A Hasbro Dark Fangwolf I doubt, but I hope for a Hasbro Soundblaster. The Soundwave mold isn't good enough for me to pay for an imported exclusive repaint.

the thing is with waiting on hasbro is they have not comfermed eather a cybertron dark fang wolf and a cybertron soundblaster so by the time they are eather comfermed or we are told thier not going to happen the prices for the takara types would of rose by quite a large amount

 

 

idd love to get eather the Dark nitro or Dfangwolf but thier priced a little out my leage right now :(

Override GT was shown by Hasbro during one of their panels at BC.  Definetly NOT Dark Nitro Convoy.  I've got three Dark versions from GF, I like em all.  I think each one is an improvement over the original color schemes.  I think Super Cow had a good price on DNC for anyone still looking.  And why the non-loving for GF Soundwave?  The Planet-X characters are my fav figs and I can't wait for the repaints of each of them coming with the new year

No one has pics, the toy itself was not shown, only a picture of it was shown in the NO CAMERAS allowed presentation. There should not be pics floating around.
