for being your first time that's ok. But i'd try to use a darker hue in the blue department. and just a little more image cleaning but other than that it's good.

Next I'm going to try and do a Devestator digipaint out of landfill seeing we are getting them in univers I want to see what it well look like

Still beats the HELL outta Yellow.... :tfgrin

I think Hasbro should have gone with the colors for the CORVETTE COMMEMORATIVE EDITION Z06. It has Le Mans Blue Metallic exterior paint and some great “C5-R Le Mans graphics that would make up for the lack of flames.

I don't think Hasbro gets to pick the colors for the cars.

My bet is, somebody does a sculpt for an Alternator, they take it to the car company and the car execs decide on the color based on what color the marketing department is promoting that model of car in.

On the upside, Hasbro has a mysterious 'customize your own Alternator' section of their site coming...

I'm just saying, you would think that Chevrolet would have been overjoyed to use the COMMEMORATIVE EDITION BLUE rather than the MILLENIUM YELLOW since the COMMEMORATIVE EDITION is more of a collector's car and costs more. Why not show off your best? I'm just saying.

I know it's too late to gripe, so I'll just have to custom repaint Tracks to look like the COMMEMORATIVE EDITION Z06 when I get him.

You, me and everyone else! Hasbro DOES have a say in what the car could be. After all, any publicity is GOOD publicity.

Those official pics look nice, pity Tracks won't be done like that anytime soon. :tfsad
