well I am aware of the other straight repaint since i HAVE them. My point is that the new striaght repaints seem to have different names...hence forth a different character...so then why not release the 2nd S2000.

u guys seem to think that since it has a new head its not a repaint...in order for it NOT to be a repaint it would have to be  whole NEW car.

sorry i dont fall for the remold line .... its still a repaint to me with some added features to set it apart from the one that is Original.

it's the "with some added new features part" that makes it a remold. I'm not trying to be argumentative; those are just the definitions of those terms.

Im not being argumental either...I am just telling you MY beliefs....there is no such thing as remold to me anymore....when i was a silly fan boy out to buy everything yeah...but now...no there is only repaint because what they add is not enough to justify to me that it is "new"

 

So save your dictionary definition...Im not stupid..I know the difference...I have been collecting since the beginning of the TF franchise. I Know more then people give me credit for here so back off the education on TFs.

I won't disagree with you on that. I consider Alt Sunstreaker to be an acceptable remold of Sideswipe, for example, but guys like Wheeljack and Decepticharge represent a pretty minimal effort IMO. In my opinion, they should only remold a car if the car itself is going to be substantially remolded. Otherwise, what's the point? I like the difference between Tracks and Ravage, and Meister and Shockwave. But I'd feel kind of dumb having Tracks and Swerve in my collection (for example).
