i bought Star Convoy because like many tf fans, i was unsatisfied with the performance of Prime's most recent incarnations and i wanted to bring back G1 Prime in some form. what bugs me about the AEC equivilent of Prime is that instead of using his leadership skills and knowledge to defeat the decepticons, he relies more on some karmic nonsense about how the mystical forces of the universe will always grant more power to those who are heroic and pure of heart. please tell me that Star Convoy was more of a realist than that, right?

I guess he acted just like G1 Convoy. seeing as he's the same Charector.

Frome what I understand the Battlestars Manga dosn't go into charector development much, as it's basicly told on the back of cataloges. I can tell you what He did though.

 

Star Convoy was created when Convoy's corpse was resurected as a souless automatron by some nameless Destrons(I think thier base was called Lusifer or something), Dia Atlas dosn't care for this much so he sends Sky Garry and Grandus to go PWN the Destrons they use the Zodiac Energies(replacement Matrix containig the force of the Big Bang) to revieve Convoy fully and upgrade him for them current times(when Battlestars takes place everyone is eaither a Micromaster, Micromaster Combiner or a Powered Master(Micromaster base with electric gimmics). Star Convoy is a Powered master.

 

Shortly after Siebertron is fully rebuilt and Rodimus reterns and the Matrix with him. This peace can't last long and troubles a' brewing. Dark Nova(a big astroid siezed Monster ) resurects the Frozen Galvatron as Super Megatron The Powered Master manage to defeat Super Megatron, so Dark Nova Upgrades him to Ultra Megatron(that's Dark Nova in the background) Ultra Megatron is defeated as well, Dark Nova's pretty pissed off at Megatron's incompedence so He merges with Ultra Megatron. the resalting Fusion is called Star Giant Star Convoy defeats Star Giant by holding oppen his jaws so that Grandas and Sky Garry can get in and destroy him from the inside out.  Megatron survieves(although severly damaged and drifting in space)

ah, so SC exploits Star Giant's weak spot rather than simply becoming super powerful thru sheer force of will. it may not seem like much but it's better than resorting to sheer brute force like the new Optimus does.

Yeesh, another example of how kids are having New Agism shoved down their throats. I thought religion and the state were supposed to be separated. What the heck is this crap doing in a kid's media?

They beat One incarnation of Megatron with the combined Vehicle Mode, and the other with the combined City Mode, but I forgot wich method they used on who.

 

Don't think that The Destron forces just consist of Dark Nova and Megatron, they also use Drones calld Galvamen and Novaroids, the Galamen are clones of Megatron with a generic head, and the Novaroids are smaller clones of Dark Nova  The Drones later get Powered up into Great Galamen and Great Novaroids, the Great Novaroids are a merged web of Novaroids. When Convoy is possesed by the Destron spiert he was called Nise Convoy
