Lastnight the family and I go shopping (not for TF's but I always am on the lookout).  First we go Fred Meyer, they didn't have anything in the way of new TF's but they did have this coupon (in-store) Buy 2 get 1 free.  I grabbed a couple knowing I was going to Wal-Mart next.

 

At Wal-Mart (who matches with coupons) I found C.Mudflap, C.Leo Breaker and C.Evac who were all priced under $15 ea.

 

Score for me!

 

Mudflap is cooler than I would have expected.  I'll have to wait to be surprised or not until X-mas.

I normally don't have any coupons for TF's, but just like you I found Mudflap, Leobreaker, and Evac for 15 at walmart, can't wait till Christmas.

I used a coupon for a Beast Machines figure forever ago. I think the coupon came with the happy meal toys, but that's the only time I've used one.

 

I did get lucky and find Leobreaker at WalMart for $15, but sadly they had no one else I needed. I bought Mudflap at TRU for full price. I want a coupon.

we are all impulse buyers when i comes to transformers..... :thumb

i did get a coupon for 20% off any one item at TRU... bought cybertron prime... it was only $30.60 something... i've yet to figure that out (it should have been $32 + tax)...

Yep, most stores do.  I'm one who likes to have the system work for me than against.

 

If its in my best interest to wait in a customer service line to get the match I'll do it.

 

Hell, you want to know a easy way to get 10% off at Target on Alts? "Find" one you want (if there is more than one, hide them somewhere else) with a "damaged" box (small crease in it, maybe a corner is crushed...).  Find a store employee or even take it up the cashier, cry to them or tell them that you'd prefer to have one thats not in a damaged box ask for a discount on the one in hand and its an almost given that you get the 10% off.  I've yet to see a cashier ask for permission.

 

Know somebody in the Military?  Find a price sticker (take it) or coupon from a local retailer that sells TF's, go with military person to PX or NEX (with coupon) and hopefully find TF's you are looking for.  They'll match it and you pay no tax!  DOUBLE SCORE!
