Cybertron Sideways

Probably not very accurate, but Hasbro's product page calls Sideways' arm-mounted weapon an "Internal Dismemberment Cannon".  Sounds painful, if not very eloquent.

That's also on Taco Bell's big value menu.

On topic.  I'm on the fence with this mode.  Stylistically he's interesting.

Get off that fence dude.  You won't regret it.

:pfx a pretty damn cool figure in both modes, plus the aforementioned articulation and unique transformation. If you can find him, I recommend getting him.

Yeah, Sideways was totally awesome and worth my money. I've waited to get him since...well... when he was new in Japan a year ago I think.

Grey paint = BOO!

The Galaxy Force one is worth the extra bucks.

Spencer.

he reminds me of a gijoe bat, i think that's what the draw in is for me

Just like I said earlier, This guy was bought as soon as I saw em! Technically I had to free em from his minty fresh case. The stock guy will thank me. This Guy has the coolest Bad guy color scheme since Alt Dead End. Cybertron figs are so cool that I almost didn't notice that most of them dont have waist articulation. What's up wit Dat?! Sideways doesnt even look like a TF to me in robot mode and thats cool! He's like a evil devil bat.

Au contraire, in a lot of cases, they've gone out of their way to make sure that the figures did have waist articulation, or similar.  Mudflap, for instance, couldn't have  a proper waist joint due to his transformation, but they gave him an upper torso joint instead that functions the same way.

Leobreaker would have had one, if they had stuck to the original prototype instead of cheaping out on him someway during the production run...

Noisemaze/Sideways totally kicks butt!...   ...creepy robot face (none!)...

I always thought his face looked like a Decepticon insignia, like how Vector Prime's is the Autobot one.
