Starscream's Coronation Throne idea...

Recommended Posts

it depends on how big it is!

Hmm.. I'd been thinking about how to do the entire "throne room area" that the Decepticons had.. like complete with the larger than life golden statues of former Decepticon heroes.

But how does one creat this larger than life Pantheon of golden statues of the former Decepticon heroes? Hmmm...

easy...

From scratch

25 bucks plus shipping for a throne is way too much IMO.  You are not talking about GeeWun Starscream right cause he doesn't bend at the knees.

What does that have to do with his Coronation Scene? He's standing!

Hmm.. gold chrome vs gold anodized..

I recommend robotmasters starscream for this one.

As for the previous heroes, you can simply make them using carboard as a basis, and overlay it with masking tape. then just use foil tape (found in wal-mart's tape and glue section) to make them look like metal. They don't need to be articulated or dteailed as much as the real TF's (they're only statues.) Carboard, covered with something to make it seeem less like cardboard and painted correctly, can be a plentiful, cheap and easy-to-use material, provided it doesn't need to support any rreal mass or weight.

I love the idea of creating such a massive diorama. That would be a sight to see.
