Just a heads up, Transfans from the Philippines have found out that Scouts Wave 4, including new ones like Brushguard and Backstop, as well as Evac has now been released in their local stores. This should mean you guys will be seeing them soon. Although the pics only show Backstop, as one of the new ones (I assume the other ones were sold out before they got there). I can vouch for them that they won't lie.
