So I'm sure this has been asked a million 1/2 times, but I'm new, so if everyone is sick of this question just delete this thred but.

What is everyones all time favorite Optimus  Prime/Convoy figure OTHER then 20th anniversary Prime (that was a dream come true when that came out).  I think I would have to say Galaxy Force.  I know it's new, but damn it reminds me of what Optimus would look like on Cybertron before he went to Earth.

I've always wanted Star Convoy though (mostly for the little Hot Rod), but I don't have it so I can't judge.

RID Optimus

RiD or bendy prime.

It'll be interesting to see how Alt prime ranks whenever he gets released.

Just take it a step further and ask which Optimus that turns into a firetruck is the best. :tfevil

I was never a big Prime fan, but my favourite is probably THE Optimus Prime. No power ups.No having to stick a jet to his back. No top-heavy combinations that result in a robot that can't even stand up under it's own weight.

The best convoy ever IMHO is Galaxy Convoy!  (since you said other than g1 prime MP)  get the THS Version to appreciate him even more! The head sculpt on that one is anime accurate and so is everything else on that small treasure!

you dont like the fire ttruck primes/convoys?

I think Energon is the worst.  He looks like old man retired Prime, with a pot belly and skinny legs.

Benty Prime is pretty good:... price tag and design.

I have to agree with the fact that RID Optimus Prime is not the greatest. Reasons are simple. Aesthetically, he's horrible. Engineering-wise, he's horrible. His alt-mode is floppy, and is not very convincing as a fire-engine (his robot chest is sticking out in the open!!!!!) His weapons suck, the heads look cheap, the overall feel of the plastic is cheap, etc, etc, etc. I can go on forever. But then, I can understand why people would say he's a favorite - after all, after nearly 8 years of no vehicular Optimus Prime, RID Optimus Prime would stick out.

I think the best Optimus Prime is either G1 Optimus Prime or G2 Laser Optimus Prime. I agree that the lack of power-ups make Optimus Prime a better toy than otherwise.

RID Prime or REISSUE PM prime
