So who is your favorite Transformer character, it can be a toy, it can be G1, Headmaster, Victory, Zone, Armada, Energon, Cybertron, Beast Wars, Beast Wars Neo, Beast Machines, Beast Wars II, Machine Wars, or a character from the comics.

The newer series that are out dont really have any characters that stand out to me, but ever since I saw the movie as a kid I have always like Hotrod, and Rodimus Prime.  Not the greatest toys of their time, but still a good character (movie anyways).  Followed a close second by Kup, that crotchety old Elcamino of the future.

Other then the G1 Characters my favorite is Depthcharge from Beast Wars.  The scene from Heavy Metal where he is walking out of the water is absolutely amazing, and a great character as well.

So who are your favorites?

Character: Hot Rod

I loved his movie persona and i still do.

Marvel Comics Shockwave.

He's so cold and calculating, he's the perfect villian.

I like the one that changes for one thing, then to a robot.....syke! There are far too many to choose from. They also get better every year.

Soundwave cartoon and comic.

Galvatron as he appeared in TF:TM. Awe-inspiring.

Hound

Dont know why

Kup is really unique in the TFU, imho.I like Shockwave a lot - he represent the best a robot - or human, for that matter - can be. Rational, scientific, and no-nonsense.

Grimlock. He is kind of childish in the cartoon but in the comic book he is a one man army.

G1 Soundwave. He had the best voice and had his own army of thugs that he stored in his chest.
