Un-named BT autobot- needs a name!

Recommended Posts

Well, as you may know I did that BT Ratchet about a week ago. In the

process I was left with a headless BT Prowl... Well I ended up

ordering an Alternators version from BBTS which should be arriving in

a few days. And since the BT version is so much different from the

Alternators version I figured I'd take the headless BT Prowl, and a Smokescreen head and make

a new character out of it. This is what I ended up with:

I really, really like how Smokescreen's head turned out. This

snapshot doesn't quite do it justice. The black helmet with silver

crest is really sweet with a red face. He'll be part of my Cybertronian Police force. I figured that along with Prowl and alert all the police bots should have a similar color

palette and head type like a uniform, and with the alternate way of

transforming the legs on the Prowl mold this guy differenciates

himself from Prowl even further (with Alternator Prowl's blue legs I'm

going to leave them unaltered.)

I'm thinking he's going to be more of a special weapons type police

officer, and he needs a name. I thought Streetwise, Clampdown, and

Checkpoint for possible names, but I figured I'd open it up to you

guys for ideas.  Maybe something entirely new for a name.

Any help and/or critiques on the figure? I tried to add alittle more

black to bits of him to differenciate him more as well and was

wondering if I should do more.

Once I figure a name out, he'll get a nicer picture.

thanks,

1. Redlight isn't bad.  I kinda like that.

2. I mentioned Streetwise in my original post, you gotta read all the way to the end of the post. =)

3. Well, he's definitely an Autobot, so I don't think Nemesis Prowl isn't going to work.

4. Nightshift is better, but not what I have pictured in my mind as his character.

So far I'm liking Redlight, and I'm considering Siren as a name too because I kinda invisioned him as a loud character, and when I pulled up the original Siren's tech spec it  really fit well.

Pinpoint, Sharpshot/Sharpshooter, Sniper, Bullseye, just a few off the top of my head

For some reason, "Bullhorn" comes to mind. Dunno why.

Oh man, I think we have a winner!  Bullhorn gives me the loud connotation without being Siren, plus it was a GI Joe name (one of my favorites actually)  Bullhorn it is!

thank you, Lord Madhammer!

how about scopeshot?

give him a sniper rifle too, leech one offa those halo2 MC's
