What was the first Tf YOU bought personaly?

I don't mean got for Christmas or had someone buy for you. When was the first time you handed over money for a TF and what was it like?

 

I remember when I was a kid i bought G2 Combat Hero Megatron with my own money which I had been saving up. I wanted Starscream initially but couldnt afford him (silly kid that I was) so I went for Megs. It was a great feeling. I kept on thinking "I'm a consumer!" It was (and still is) my faveourite toy.

I think it was the A & D clones from g1.  my mom put them in layaway at Kmart for me & she said I had to pay for them myself.  I had to be about 8 years old.  I made the money by doing yard work for neibors.

the first TF i brought with my money was G2 Shureshot. but the First one i selected was G2 boss :P

1st TF toy I bought with my own money has to be Transmetals 2 Cheetor.

Fortress Maximus. I remember saving 5 months worth of allowance to get that big guy.

Like I said in the other thread, the first one that I personally bought was BW Airrazor. Still got her, still think it is a really cool figure, been building up the collection ever since.

Wow, thats one way to start..

Laserbeak and Frenzy, which was pretty much just for Laserbeak.  If I'd tried saving, I never woulda gotten a thing haha.
