I had ordered a couple of Skywarp statues last month (8-17) from SBP.  I haven't heard jack from them and can't get ahold of anyone in Customer service ( even after leaving a message)  I'm about to list a dispute with my CC company, but was hoping to get some reassurance from others who may have dealt with them

 

Anyone here in the same predicament?  Bought from them before?

Wow... I don't know what could have happened. No problems on my end.

 

I pre-ordered my Skywarp when they were first announced almost a year ago, and when they became available it was shipped out right away.

 

They have a customer service line on their website... might want to give them a call for a status.

That's whats got me nervous.  Their customer service has been down for over a week now, and now responses to my emails on the order.  They say they usually ship within 72 hours, I'd expect an Email or something stating that its shipped, or giving an estimated shipping date

same thing has happened to me. There voice mail box is now full. I think I'm just going to claim a dispute on my CC. Anyone else heard any news?

lol... just got it today... I'll see when I come home if everything is there.
