Pepsi Convoy is being rerelease

Recommended Posts

In my email from BBTS, I find this:

PRE-ORDER PEPSI OPTIMUS PRIME:  Takara has just announced today that once

again Optimus Prime will be released as a Pepsi edition.  This version

of Prime comes with the standard reissue G1 cab and an all new flat bed

trailer.  The trailer is equipped with 4 supports so you can take a 16 oz

Pepsi bottle and set it on the trailer and turn Prime into a tanker truck.

(Pepsi bottle not included)  We have these priced very attractively at

$61.99 and they are set to arrive in December.

that.... is far too much.

I know G1 Optimus Prime is the fan winning choice for this release but IMO that just looks stupid. A repaint of G2 Lazerblast Prime, or Rid Scourge would be much more appropiate for a Pepsi bottled loaded flatbed.  :thumb In any case I was fortunate to find a eissue Optimus long ago, and I recently aquired Rid Scourge so I have no use for either.

This is a hardcore fan collector item only, so pass. :thumb

yes.G1 have winnning choice for pepsi convoy..but this prime looks to diff form G1's color..i don't know why they choose this color for rerelease?

and we don't know if can have tailer......

And if Takara can do that the the G1 Prime, they can also make it for Masterpiece Prime if an original transforming trailer would be to costly.

Aciontoyhouse.com has them for $64.99 Canadian.  US online stores are scamarooskis.

Very disgusting  :tdown :tfpuke
