Sonic Bomber should have been Jetfire

Recommended Posts

It honestly makes sense ESPECIALLY if they wanted Cyberton to still be in the "Armadaverse". I mean Jetfire is supposed to be a space jet....and Sonic Bomber is...Jetfire was Prime's second in Armada...so was Sonic...Prim originally powerlinked with Jetfire in armada...Sonic Convoy anyone? Not to mention that ther personalities of being a hotshot?

Honestly thoug..it's just that Jetfire REALLY goes much better with Sonic's mold than anything else...

:pfx

Dreadrock should've been Dreadrock in Cybertron and the upcoming Sonic Bomber should be jetfire. Dreadrock fits the mold so much better IMO.

Galaxy Force is NOT part of that universe.  Hasbro's reverse engineering GF to "try" to make it fit.  So Dreadrock is Jetfire.  My guess is that Sonic Bomber will either be Overcast or more likely, Wing Saber.

I know they are "retconing " it...I'm saying it would have worked better for the US writers to have givien Sonic the Jetfire name.

If nothing else, the name jetfire certainly doesn't fit the C. mold that got it.

I have the Galaxy Force version of Jetfire and love the mold, its a great toy.  On several occasions I have wanted to get rid of it due to the wing span taking up to much room on my shelves, but I always end up keeping it.

But I agree, Dreadrock is a much better name for the mold, and what I refer to it as, and agree that Sonic Bomber should have been Jetfire.  I am hoping they dont call it Wingsaber, only due to it looking nothing like Wingsaber, or its namesake StarSaber.  I personally think that Sonic Bomber reminds me of the old GI JOE Cobra Jets, the name escapes me at the moment, but Thundercracker transformed into one in GI JOE VS Transformers from Devils Due.

those are Rattlers.

Actually Wing Saber makes sense since Sonic Bomber has two blades in his wings.

(apparently)  he'll be Knockdown.
