guys did jetfire/skyfire have missiles to go in the gun as its got a kind of fireing mechanism

i used to have the toy as a kid but i dont think he did

nope, no missles, but I'm sure the macross toy from japan did have missles that fired. The whole, "Your going to shoot an eye out" thing we have here in the U.S.

has that ever happened? i remember hearing someone cholked to death on a tf missile because he aimed it down his throat. y? i do not know.... possibly an urbam myth

I think it was from a Star Wars toy, actually.  I know that's what got missing firing Boba Fett cancelled back in the day.

The cool thing is that you can get some cool repro missiles that will fit in Jetfire's gun. I've considered getting the set.

The whole "shooting toy" controversy started with the Battlestar Galactica toys in the '70's. Some kid choked on a missle from a Colonial Viper.

That makes no sense. Sure TFs got shafted from the firing missiles deal, until recently. But GI Joe had plenty of missile firing action. Hell you could shoot those missiles a good 50 feet!

does anybody have any idea looking at the repro missiles which other characters might be compatible
