Hello Didly Jack :wave

I see you are relatively new, so I want you to know there is a kitbash

forum, and this will most likely be moved over there by a mod.

ever heard of these weird model/hobby places Games Workshop? They sell this really good modelling putty called "green stuff" where you get two kinds of putty:blue and yellow. you mix the 2 together till its green. at this point youve roughly an hour to sculpt before it hardens. I use it myself and its really quite excellent. shouldnt cost more than $6 or $7

how many putty you get?

i used industrial epoxy putty, get it for about $4-5, for 1 kilogram, and hardens in about 6-7 hours (or less if i put it on the sun)

lets see, enough for around 12 transformer heads. mayby more

I need to find out where you guys got your putty. I used Testors Contour Putty and even though it turnout nicely for the helmet on my Arcee it was like $1.25 for a little tube the size of the testors model glue tubes. Actually better yet I need to find out if there`s a place around here that sells it.

I get the same epoxy putty in the plumbing section at the home depot.  There is also plumbers epoxy potty that dries from 60 seconds to 4 minutes.  I tried that "green stuff" before and thought it was to "jellyish" to try to mold.
