Galaxy Force Master Megatron= dissapointment!

Recommended Posts

I've got mine this week and I LOVE him!!

He's just perfect! He can stand fine on his own and you can pose him in some very cool poses.

The Force Chip gimmicks are good, I like the Death Machine Gun, but the Claws are nice too!

The car mode looks cool too. The jet mode well...it's not bad, but it aint good either..

I really like him :clap

I agree. He rocks.  The coloring is a little off but all and all a great figure.

It works.  :thumb

Finally managed to pose him myself before seeing your photo. Grade adjusted accordingly.  :thumb  The loose chest issue is of course still a problem but that aside he is really cool.

Car mode is especially nice. Should have been an Autobot figure.  :tftongue

Come to think of it, why does he have blue eyes? That is the G1 Autobor color.  :tflaugh

Ew. I can't stress how far I plan to go out of my way not to buy that monstrosity. It's like ghey rave Megatron, painted by the beloved early Universe assortments. Blegh.

So far, I've noticed nothing but fantastic quality from Cybertron, but I've only two figures to my name so far and Starscream & Optimus have yet to show signs of anything faulty. Optimus is remarkably resilient in terms of handling the huge winged pack he carries and Starscream just oozes quality :drool

Regardless, I shan't lay a finger upon that eyesore Megatron. Galvatron is a different story since he actually posesses a cohesive aesthetic, or rather he doesn't look as if someone sh1t all over a transformer instead of painting him. He carries the "Batmobile/Batjet" theme perfectly and the colors are doubly suitable as an evil tyrant and as "Bat-Megs". Mind you, I really like the look of the mold, I simply refuse to suffer those colors. >_<

The colors are not that bad actually but they do not suit an evil overlord.

Galvatron's colors are a clear hommage to G1 Megatron as a lot stated but this figure does not look like G1 Megatron so the hommage is lost a bit.

When you talk of the colors are you referring to the GF or Cy version. Also I love your avitar. What Movie/Show is that. If I can watch 20 sec. over and over I know I'd love the whole thing.

They're hideous! It's like a flea market threw up on him and the colors stayed.  :puke

BOTH! They're both ugly! It's like they're trying to destroy our way of life starting with our aesthetics! The only difference I've seen between them is the color/shape of their horns and that doesn't change jack about the overall appearance.

The Avatar? Guilty Gear!

The loose chest issue is of course still a problem but that aside he is really cool.

Weird, my GF Megatrons chest locks into place just fine

Must be a QC issue then. The nose (purple rubber section) is missing a part on mine too.

And the paint on your force chip, did that hold?

There are just two tiny pegs which does not seem much. Especially when you combine Megatron with Liger Jack as one person in this topic commented.
