It's not exactly the same mold, per se.  Its the same body but with mazdaspeed parts.  Meister depicts the bone stock version shockblast depicts the kickass version.  I see most RX-8's with no spoilers or any kind of cool accessories.  Geez people get some style.  Same body different front fascia different wheels different mirrors.

Anyways, my vote goes to Silverstreak... for some reason Bluestreak was always one of my favorite TFs despite the differences between the cartoon and toy, lack of character, etc.  Silverstreak and Hound were the two that cemented my interest in Alts (I was kinda lukewarm to Sideswipe and Smokescreen for various reasons) by nailing the whole G1-update approach, so I gotta give Streak the nod.

Thats the thing most car owners have no taste,  boring looking versions of a car that would look awesome if it had certain parts on it.  Ain't my problem though.  I have the rhd alt silverstreak.

I went with Shockblast - the Mazda RX8 is arguably the best mold yet and the blue plastic looks sweet even though it is unpainted.

Well, I voted for Dead End.  Then Sideswipe would be second, followed by shockwave.  I have a passion for Vipers, always have, since 1989 when I seen it at the Detroit Auto Show, through now.  I love em.

smokescreen for me... it was a tie betwee smokes, jazz and tracks... but smokes won since I have the same car and I love rallying.

He OBVIOUSLY meant that they had more votes than SOME of the transformers that are already released. Please don't flamebait.

 

ON TOPIC: I agree with Hellion42 about Silverstreak. He and Hound DID make me an Alternator fanatic. They were EVERYTHING I wanted in the line.

I'm always so tempted ot pick up SS and Hound, but something always holds me back... both of them have elements that highly appeal to me, but they also have elements that put me off as well.
