Ever since I saw the Dead End mold I wanted a Sunstreaker. However I don't have the time or the patience to repaint one So I took the Easy way out. I bought a Chinese knock off Sidswipe and painted a Dead End head and Viola... A low budget Sunstreaker is born!

whats the qaulity of these k.o. before i buy them

Only issue I have with him is the ball sockets on the feet are loose, but that may be my copy. Plastic is good quality. Paint is well applied. Very displayable, it doesn't look like a bootleg and that's the best part.

 

If I didn't hear about the BTA Streaker I'd keep mine.

Apparently these are KOs of the Binaltech, not Alternator, Sidwswipe -- so they have metal parts, etc.

They are metal not plastic like the Alternators. The feet on mine are a little on the loose side. Also the toy itself smells like 10W/30 motor oil. I'm sure it must have some toxic levels of lead or something to smell like that! But I'll risk growing a thir arm to have a Sunstreaker until the Takara one comes out!
