MY quick opinion-

 

The Dinobots don't NEED to combine to whoop tail...

It has struck me kind of odd that HasTak hasn't made a 5 or 6 member dino gestalt.  The Power Rangers were highly successful with theirs, and it basically sucked.  As far as characterwise, I think Grim in any continuity would be fine with forming a combiner.  He would more than likely be in charge of it.  However, if the characters were the ones from the cartoon, the combiner would probably stagger everywhere like it had 10 shots of whiskey.  On the other hands if we're talking comic continuity characters, then he would definately be the answer to Predaking. 

 

Out of curiousity is the above comic posted on the web somewhere?  It's the first I've seen of it, and I like wouldn't be able to see it otherwise.

Cause Dinoking is most certainly real...

The dinocons that combine into godzilla from page 2 is made up.

The thing with gesalts is they are, as a rule, stupid. The only exceptions to this were Preadaking (Who never thought. He just acted. Like an animal) and Computron (Who, whilst insanely intelligent, was still somewhat stupid). They can only really preform actions the entire team agree on.

 

The dinobots tended to infight. They were also, by far and large, incredibly stupid. A combiner would either never do anything (Since they'd never agree on any action) or go batBlot loco, as seen in that little DVD comic. Fun as a little fan thing and all, but I don't think it should ever become "official".

Actually Defensor and Predaking were the smartest gestalts. Defensor becuase of the Protectobots combined desires to save lives and Predaking because of the Predacons desire to destroy.

Well kinda, there is a dino combiner, just hes destron and dosent combine into "godzilla" but dinoking
