I'm hoping this is the right place to post this. Anyway, I recently finished a kitbash/repaint of a zoid model creating a ficitional zoid of my own design.

I call it the Gun Lyger, and I think I'll just let the pictures speak for them selves.

 

 

 

 

I'm really proud of how this guy turned out. The effort and time I put into this guy really turned out well in the end.

 

He is constructed from a Lyger Zero X (utilising bits of both armors it comes with), a Missile Tortise, with weapons and some connectors coming from a Buster Eagle and a Gravity Ptera.

Almost everything that wasn't the core Lyger was repainted useing Testor's model paints with a coat of primer beeing applied first. Waiting for those peices to dry so I could assymbel them together was a pain when you don't have much patience.

The shoulders have a special pain job where I taped off parts so I could add a second color cleanly, in the end I ended up painting with toothpicks to clean up the lines, very painstaking.

Anyway, the result is what you see above, one kick ass zoid ready for super heavy combat.

wow very nice...

but your paint work needs allitle practice... some parts seem sloppy...

also the two missile launchers seem out of place with those connectors you are using.. i suggest get shorter connectors or just removing them all together.

 

 

i too have my own liger custom...

 

liger zero blitz... with blade kaizer gundam to go with it...
