Probably because of Binaltech Zoom Zoom being red it would only require a head swap. And since he is probably trying to be more original he opted for the Subaru.

Cliffjumper was a SuperDeformed Porche.

 

However, keeping the spirit of CJ being a superdeformed Jazz with somewhat backwards transformation, I think a nice official mode for Hasbro to pick would be a Mazda3.

 

Compact and yet evocative of the RX-8.

 

Unfortunately, the Mazda3's rally colors are white, yellow and blue and I'd LOVE to see Cliffjumper as a rally car.

Yeah. I was thinking that.

 

But I wouldn't mind that:

 

A) With the Miata body.

 

B) With the headlights incorporated into the feet.

 

C) With a unique chestpiece and headsculpt.
