I would have to go with Fort Max, because he's a Headmaster and Godzilla's not.  Plus, not only is Fort Max's head a Headmaster, but his head's a Headmaster too, which makes him... a super Headmaster.

As much as I love Godzilla he would lose. Fort Max would tear him up.

Fort Max is the only Transformer strong enough to defeat Galvatron in the comics. Fort Max = Badass.

Fort max not only could he move as fast he could simply shoot the guy into little bit plus he can fly in fort mode

Fort Max for sure.

He could barbeque that over grown lizard from a distance, then pop his head off and force him to choke on it.

I smell burnt rubber.  :tflaugh

Sorry Godzilla fans but Fort max would kick G's tail till kingdom come.  Here is why...

1. Fort Max is bigger than Godzilla, he's a cityformer.

2. Firepower. Godzilla packs quite a punch but Fort Max is a freakin walkin arsenal.  NOt to mention he could use Grand's Sword.

3. Inteligence.  Fort max is a Headmaster, he's far more inteligent than Godzilla.

4. Resilience.  It's the only thing Godzilla "might" have as an advantage. That ol' big lizard sure keeps coming back.  But resilience alone is not enough to win a fight

Therfore my vote goes to Fmax.

fort max

size, power not mentioning weaponry, depending on series/comic Max = UBERWEAPON Gojira = ooh scary monster ;¬)

skin & bones v hydraulics & cold hard metal

and heres the kicker  it only takes 4 - 8 guys to do gojira, that is film not "DO" altough i would pay to see that! :mwahaha  :eplus  :ghey mwuuaaarghhh!

but it would take a studio of animators to do FORT MAX!!

EDIT: i forgot cutesy factor- in that case then gojira!

a more fair match GOJIRA V METROPLEX!

      let that one ensue!

I'll go with Fort Max because he would be bigger and has more fire power!

Did you already do a Godzilla vs Trypticon?

Godzilla would win- it's not even a question.  He has atomic breath and a hobby of destroying cities, I think the answer is obvious.  It would still be a cool fight, though.

OK to make it fair its is now godzilla 90's or godzilla in final wars.

Why do you guys think maximus would win? He never fought a giant monster not to mention a radation monster.

Can he even with stand nuclear blasts.

I don't think so.

Plus godzilla is the same size as Brave maximus(2002)
