When it says the Black Zarak is the exclusive, does that mean it will be one you get for free for being in the club, or just that only club members can buy it?

Only the combiner teams are free to members for the first few years. That's what I've been told, at least.

anyone else find it annoying that those ppls over at that board wont allow posting of the pics of that black scropinok? what do they care? they are always throwing up figure king and other japanese mag scans up on their site. so can someone post pics here?

Well technically, they have the right. They're paying for the magazine, so they don't want the others to benefit from it for free. Besides, if you can get almost everything the TF Club has without paying anything, how will the club survive?  The Figure King and other Japanese mag scans are volunteered by fellow TFans.

Agreed.  If you don't want to shell out the money for a fan club subscription, why should you get to read the club newsletter for free?  In the case of the Figure King and other magazine scans, they're providing something that's available to the public as opposed to a select few, and they're not easily found if you don't live in Japan.

Oh and just in case you guys didn't know, the Black Zarak repaint is not an exclusive. It may come out in Cybertron, hopefully.

I say it'll be in universe even if it has been remolded from Scorponok.Still, having in Cybertron is a good theory.
