Great series.  I am sorry I was a doubter and Beast former naysayer.

 

Now TM2 Cheetor is poised atop my computer at work and TM Optimus is at home.  I am going to collect the Transmetals first and maybe pick up the regular beast wars figures eventually.  But Beast Wars or Transmetals...I'll probably just stick to the show figures.

I just watched the first 2 DVD's (finished yesterday) and I really enjoyed it!

I am thinking of watching it again, but I really don't like much before The Agenda, mostly because I saw it so many times. Naw, what am I saying?

I still need to get Season 1. I hate to pay a bunch of money for it though and not watch it. I wish season 2 & 3 had more Episodes. I also wish every character that had a Transmetal toy would have gotten upgraded on the cartoon. except that Transmetal ant named Scavenger, who is obviously suppose to be Inferno. Speaking of Him I need to dig him out I I can give him a second chance to be loved.

Get TM Tarantulas first.  You won't be disappointed! :thumb

Oddly enough, I was ready to pick up seasons two and three last weekend at a low price but still never bothered. Seen the series front to back three times but still not a BW fan. :redface

beast wars season 1 is currently being repeated on channel 5 over here (itv who sold the show to them still have not even shown the second half of armada :redface) bw is a cool show but beast machines is more serious in content with less jokes (where they do come is when you see flash backs to them returning to cybertron or silverbolt and waspinator repaaearing because of being goopified)

 

bw was and always shall be the best sequal to the g1 universe (apart from mabe binaltech)

i've always like the story, for the most part it was great. bow if only armada could have been animated and had a good story...it looked as though it was drawn by insane idiots...grrr... Beast Wars was great for the most part.

Your right. 1960's Scooby Doo had more animation than Armada. Hell G1 had more animation. It's like they took the worse parts of the old Speed Racer and DBZ and decided to make a show. Speed=no animation, DBZ= long discussions about the obvious.
