Hmm, I'm worried about Soundwave's Cybertron-incarnation. The connection of the upper legs to his main body seems rather thin, and his chest also seems rather odd and flat.

On the other hand, it's god friggin Soundwave. :D

On a different note: the transformation of Lazerbeak looks might interesting. I wonder if it's just one, or 2 "batteries" that accompanie Soundwave.

Hmm... the GX-designation give way for an interesting plot. Megs reaches the planet of Soundwave fisrt, and convinces Soundwave to his cause. Soundwave, the only sentient being of his planet, uses the planet's resources to create an army of drones to aid Megatron. Megatron uses the power of Soundwave's planet to transform himself to Galvatron. Galvatron and the drone-army attack the Autobots, and almost destroy them. Having sustaned heavy damage, the Autobots are forced to retreat. Galvatron then targets Planet Earth. The human military, unable to fight off the Army of Galvatron on their own, contact the troops of Prime, and offer an allegiance, repairing and upgrading their body-structure. Now in military forms, the Autubots are able to make a stand agaisnt Galvatron. But with Soundwave producing evermore drones, the best the Autubot-human alliance can do is achieve a stalemate. Therefor, Prime assembles a group of fighters to accompany him to the unknown planet. Landing there, they go out to destroy the drone-factory, but find Soundwave in their path. Talking with the Autobots, Soundwave finds that Megatron/Galvatron has lied to him, and after having been revealed the truth, he changes to aid the Autobots. While the other Autobots go to find the Drone-factory, Prime and Soundwave go out to find Galvatron, who is also on the planet. But, unbeknownst to Soundwave, Galvatron has been exploring the Planet, and found a secret activation-program. Soundwave senses Galvatron's intent, and urges Prime to hurry up. Just when Galvatron is about to activate the program, Soundwave and Prime enter the room, just in time to see Galvatron activate the program. In reaction to the Activation-program, the ground, and the whole planet starts to shake and tremble. Tthe room in which Soundwave, Prime and Galvatron are located, suddenly splits, seperating Prime and Soundwave from Galvatron. Galvatron, on his turn, is being taken by the planet to the main module. The planet, meanwhile is shifting and transforming, revealing to be, in fact, a giant Transformer, named Metroplex. From within the Main Module, Galvatron takes control of Metroplex, and Soundwave and Prime try to get to the main module, trying to stop Galvatron.

Or something to that extent will happen, I think. :P

I hope there are two batteries for starscream and they are different colors but that would be asking too much. At least they gave us 2 bots to call Rumble and Frenzy.

Soundwave definitely looks Transtech.

I think Soundwave is not a new guy, but Noisemaze's upgrade, based on his overal looks from legs to armshield.

There must be two batterys but only one of them transforms, the other is on his shoulder and must have a `key` gimmick as gun barrels pop out of it

I refuse to acknowledge any form of relationship between Noizemaze and Soundwave. Noize Maze is too cool on his own, I do not want to see him as merely a previous form of Sound Wave. :grr
