I really don't care anymore about what model he is. At first, it was a big deal to me, but then I considered that there is no show, no comic, no bio for Alternators. They're just transforming cars with names attached to the boxes. Meh, if I want the stuff of old, I'll just go pick up my G1 stuff.

I'm starting to feel that way myself. Strangely enough, I find myself most interested in the first three Alts to show up - Smokescreen, Sideswipe, and Hound.

Yah but Using Power rangers to boost sales wouldn't hurt neither. I mean (saddly) PR massivly out sells Transformers, exspecially Alts/BT.

hey, if the tf toylines dropped the villians, used simplified go-bot transformations, and consisted mostly of varients of optimus prime, hot shot, and jetfire, i'd bet they'd sell just as well as power rangers.

or buy the Alt Prowl that is pretty damn good and looks a lot better in your hand than in pics ;)

Make or buy at kitbash or buy official one or do both.  Whatever floats your boat.

well, the earlier PR toylines used have plenty of villian actionfigures but the current villians have all been cast aside to make room for more variants of the male rangers(because women belong in the kitchen barefoot and pregnant :roll ).

meh there's too much Sideswipe hate IMO. I think he's a fantastic Alternator.
