but if the most sales are going to the adult majority (which i think it is) then why would we wanna see a bunch of cars that look like childish power ranger stuff, Why not just have them al combine together to form the formerzord.

If you read Nevermore's thread on his thought's on future Alt releases he's says that Hasbros Target consumer is actually KIDS, not us.  Seriously

yes thats wut they hope for business but thats just a plan not a fact. But still the mojority of buyers on alts today are adults, and i highly doubt that will change by the time prowl hits stores.

Do you have any pics of these Acura looking police cars from Power Rangers?

uhh i guess the black power ranger would be most like the police car?????

Or it could just be the fact that they use Acuras as cop cars in Japan.

They use some awesome cars in Japan for police units, Skylines, WRXs, GTOs, NSXs, bit odd really seeing as how traffic congestion is on a par with LA.  Guess it must be to chase down the midnight runners.

Still noting can compare to the Italians, http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/europe/3717471.stm

Do those cars have cop shocks?

meh, prowl looks close enough to the japanese cop cars for me

meh, prowl looks close enough to the japanese cop cars for me

it's got teh Japanese cop deco is why.... anyway I find it silly that a whole speculative thread has started about this, as if there were some connection between a Japanese guy designing a cop car TF to look like a Japanese cop car, and another Japanese guy using a Japanese cop car for his Japanese TV show.

That'd be like saying "OMG ALT PROWL IS A CROWN VIC AND THEY HAD CROWN VICS IN THE BLUES BROTHERS SO IT MUST BE TRYING TO CAPITALIZE ON ITS SUCCESS".... come on.

I really don't care anymore about what model he is. At first, it was a big deal to me, but then I considered that there is no show, no comic, no bio for Alternators. They're just transforming cars with names attached to the boxes. Meh, if I want the stuff of old, I'll just go pick up my G1 stuff.
