I like the episode in Beast Wars when the Predacon base blew up, and the maximals were scavanging it for parts. rattrap kept bugging Dinobot, but DB wouldn't bite. then rattrap finally give up and says "Man!! I pushed every one of his buttons!! What gives???" Primal's reply: "Don't you get it?" pure classic.

When Rattrap give Dinobot the business about his sideswitching... the scene that ended with "Guess ya live and learn." or something to that effect.

for Dinobot to be on the short end of a lecture on honor and loyalty was quite the unique and poignant moment in the series.

Right after Dinobot gave Megs the golden disk but refused to kill Rattrap.  The closing with Dinobot riding Rattrap was gulden.

Dinobot's initial impression of Rattrap's new Transmetals body.... he looks at him disdainfully and gives one of his wheels a little spin. :lol classic

When Dinobot is dying and Rattrap says:

"Your just a slag spouting saurian, but it's nice to know where you stand"

And Dinobot responds:

"Upwind of you for preference, vermin"

I think it really shows how much respect they have for each other to joke in the face of Dinobot's impending death

"The Low Road." The entire episode, especially the "SHUT UP!" double-punch to Tarantulas' face.

Rattrap: You can’t trust him. And he smells bad. Then there’s the teeth, you ever see him eat --

Dinobot: By the Pit, how much of this drivel must I endure!

Rattrap: AND he’s got no patience.... But I guess I’ve kind of gotten used to him.

The episode where both are sent out hunting for Tarantulus' hide-out.

 

Dinobot: What is that stench?

Rattrap: That'd be me! Had some limburger cheese and apple cores before we left. *Urp!*

Dinobot: I've been aware of YOUR horrible stench for the last few cycles...

Squabling, then knocking out Tarantulas so they can go back to arguing is the most memorable to me.
