OK, I know the type of response we normally give each other when we ask what/if we should buy, but Im desperate for advice and the only other person in my office is an Aguilera fan, so clearly her judgment can't be trusted.

 

Here's the deal -

 

A few weeks ago I bought E. Omega Supreme on ebay, and he arrived last weekend - but I haven't opened him yet. It's my birthday next Tuesday and so I've been saving up all the TFs that have arrived over the last few weeks (All Energon, Sharkticon, Slugslinger, Wheelja- I mean Downshift, G1 redeco Starscream and Arcee).

 

So, I don't yet know how much I like OS hands on, though I have been pretty impressed just holding onto the box, drooling and grinning.

 

And now there's a rash of cheap Omega Sentinels on eBay, and he just looks so much cooler than Supreme that I just want him badly - but it could mean that I end up spending €100 on two disappointing TFs rather than just €50 on one disappointing TF.

 

I realise that I should just stop being a whiny beatch and be a man, but this has been bothering me all week.

 

Oh, and the auction ends in 12 hours. If any of you go buy it before me I hate you.

I would get Wing Saber before Omega Sentinel. I also would have gotten Sentinel before Supreme.

Wingsaber indeed is a better choice. He's more fun when it comes down to combining. And if you haven't opened your Supreme yet, do so before buying the same thing with other colors.

If I had seen Sentinel beforehand/known how soon it was going to go down in price, I would have gone straight for it.

 

I'm feeling calmer now, and less inclined to make a panic purchase. last time I did that I ended up with Energon Jetfire.  It still hurts to talk about it.

The same kind of thinking got me buying Torca once. I hate Torca to pieces.

It was particularly painful because it was my third Energon toy. Having resisted for months they reduced all the shelfwarmers left in town, so I got Mirage and Starscream and was accordingly blown away.

 

Then I went to get Jetfire...

Heh I like Torca.

if space isn't an issue for u then go for it.. i think u could play with os more than u can play with wingsaber...  ws only looks good when combined with prime (and is the only way u can enjoy this fig imo) n i prefer spreems color to sentinals... (not a big fan of repaints but i will pick up good ones from time to time)

Sentinel is IMO much better in color scheme and paint ops. I just think he looks superior to Supreme.

 

I like Wing Saber, but if Articulation is something that bugs you, get Sentinel. If you are keeping him in the box, then Saber first.

 

If you don't have Prime to combine with Wing Saber, Saber is a G1-Type Brick, except worse really. But Wing Saber does look good on his own, just standing there.

Sentinel is mo better.
