It says in Megatron's Universe(the G1 comic guidebook thingy) profile, that he has no known weaknesses.

However,it says in Prime's that his weakness is his compassion.

Yet,how come Megatron keeps getting defeated yet he has no weaknesses? :tfhuh

Don't you know the bad guy always loses?

Also, Megatron isn't weak. He's just weaker than prime when it comes to strength, so Prime always wins. (Unless Hot Rod is involved.  Then prime dies.)

Actually that is very debateable...

Depending on the continuity and storyarc, Megatron has been shown to overpower Optimus Prime in straight Strength. However, Prime's noblilty and heart is what overpowers Megatron.

Tech Specs-wise --

Megs and Prime are both equal in Strength and Intelligence.

Megs has more Firepower.

Prime has more Endurance and Courage.

Megatron's only real weakness is the fact that the Decepticons are a bunch of morons, and they always screw up. Most of the time when Megatron's plans fell apart, it was thanks to a big hug up on the part of one of his underlings.

Except for the Constructicons. Serisously, there were the only G1 Decepticons who could actually get things done a regular basis.
