found this Predacon Tripredacus Agent figure, wondering if its rare or anything. it was a walmart exclusive...

It's not so much rare as a cool toy.

Back when it came out years ago, there were like 10-12 on the pegs every other week. So they were atleast plentiful around my area when they came out.

This is like the ONLY Beast Wars figure that I ever bought, but I totally forgot where I bought it, and who it was. I never really got into the whole Beast Wars concept - I only started re-collecting during the RID phase....

 

This is a cool figure, and it looks great in both modes. Tripredicus agent? I always thought it was a Cheetor repaint.

Very cool figure. A few years ago, Walmart had actually marked them down to $3 a figure. Not a bad steal. Also, Tripred Agent was actually featured in the pages of one of 3H's Wreckers comics. He was shown on the side of the Vok powered Tarantulas.

Yeah, those were the good days. All of the second generation carded BW figures were marked down that cheap for a few months here.

I got TM2 Dinobot and Cheetor for $3 each just before the Beast Machine series started.  Seeing them that cheap is what got my collection restarted.

he's actually made better than the tm2 cheetor b/.c his metal vacing doesn't chip and flake off the moment you open his package,....or ever within reason
