So, just putting this out there for anyone who preorders anything from Walmart. My Retro Wheelie arrived end of March, and frankly, in hand he was a little disappointing, so I decided to return him. It was well within the 90-day return window, or SO. I. THOUGHT.
The associate at the store told me she couldn't process the return because the actual date of order was over 90 days ago. I tried explaining to her that it was a preorder, but she showed me that her screen wouldn't allow her to move forward, and she recommended I reach out to Customer Service. So I did, and they told me the same: even though I received it in March, because it was ordered in October, I was SOoL.
So, for anyone looking to preorder Transformers through Walmart, be warned that unless you know you are gonna keep a figure, if the release date is months later, consider carefully. I for one will not be preordering from them anymore.
