Following the so-called Junkion voyager, some new images have appeared out of Asia on goofish.com that are said to be possible remake of Bludgeon from the Tarn figure mold. The images show the relative character colors with some additional weapons and no head, which is making us guess what this is, or isn't. - Read the Full News Story

I hope this is just a very early proof of concept for the weapons since there's nothing else retooled. I don't want Tarn in Bludgeon's colors. I want at least some kind of retooling done to make it look more like the comic designs at the bottom of the post. Tarn is good but just do more than the weapons. Bludgeon deserves more than that. Maybe for Banzaitron but not Bludgeon.

Hasbro has been doing a lot PRE-paints where we don't get the best version of a mold until way later. This definitely needs A LOT of work to being something else. Maybe its Jungle Tarn? 😅

Wow, our comments didn't age well did they?

Such a shame that more wasn't done with Bludgeon to differentiate it from Tarn.

Well in any event I hope they do Banzaitron too. As well as Blastwave from RiD 2015. Not to mention his and Bludgeon's mold mate from RiD, Megatronus.

This looks Awesome!!! The amount of figures that Hasbro has put out that were well below expectations is saddening... but the fact that they made a good toy and are retooling it into another good toy is awesome!!! I have been searching for Bludgeon  for a long time. As a young collector it has been hard to find my favorite figures such as shockwave and bludgeon. The fact that they are making this is amazing!!! I am hoping this one will be as good as its mold-mate Tarn!

The much talked about remake of the Tarn figure is shown here out of the box with views of the robot and alternate modes. This guy is out in Asia and making his way to retail soon.
