Leaked Transformers Collaborative Project Trooper 1?

Just in is yet another possible leak thanks to Gamestop employee SofosXIII who the info in their inventory system. The listing for an upcoming Transformers Collaborative release has a mysterious name of "AF TRA PROJECT TROOPER 1". The most noticeable part of the listing is obviously the "TROOPER" element.

It could be either 1 of 2 things:

1.  A HasLab Project for a Trooper of either faction.
2. A Collaborative Project for either Star Wars, Halo, or any other sci-fi theme with troopers (which is pretty much every one).

Am I the only one who is shocked they have not done more with a GI Joe and Transformers crossover? The only official (not BotCon or SDCC) one is Viper from combiner wars.  It seems like a no brainer to me as Hasbro owns both.
