Need help with Takara Tomy Vs Hasbro: Gigawatt Question

Hello 

I received the Takara Tomy version of Gigawatt which actually looks like the Hasbro version with some black & white stickers covering up parts of the box where the Hasbro information is.  I did not buy directly from Takara Tomy Mall but a 3rd party.  I saw some photos of it online but it appears as though they printed out the sticker-labels and stuck it over the normal Hasbro release.  Is this legit?  Is this the official release from Takara Tomy or is it fake?  I've got a lot of Takara Tomy versions of Transformers and have never known them to simply take the Hasbro release, cover up the Hasbro language and put their own language over it with a sticker.  I attached a few photos of what I mean. 
 
Any help you can provide would be appreciated!  This was supposed to be a "limited edition" Takara Tomy Mall exclusive. https://tf.takaratomy.co.jp/products-lineup/mall_ex/gigawatt

It looks legit to me. Most "American" things sold overseas now are like that for localization.
