i dont belive it was reissue, but you can try ebay for the original...if i remeber correct he comes with sideswipe and another tf

Powered Convoy Giftset, my Holy Grail (well, that and Lime Unicron) :drool

There's several versions of the Convoy with a blue cab and grey/red/black/dark blue car trailer.

The first is Powered Convoy, a "upgrade" of Battle Convoy (the Diaclone toy that became Optimus Prime-- same except where the pinstriped line down the trailer is has the word "DIACLONE" in it and no Autobot symbol). He's identical to Ultra Magnus other than the colors, with a couple of exceptions: The chest piece for the big robot has wheels underneath it, no 'Bot insignia... and i thought there was one more minor change, but I can't remember offhand.

These colors were used in the movie previews, but later changed to Magnus's final production colors. When Takara begain reissuing G1s a few years ago, they did Magnus, and a limited to 1500 pieces "Movie Preview Diaclone Magnus" color scheme set. However, it IS the Magnus mold, in Diaclone colors. The wheels on the chest shield are gone, and the bot logos on his trailer are pre-applied/screened on.

There's a third varient, back from the Diaclone days, that's exceedingly rare. The PC Giftset. It comes with 2 cars, a red Liger (Mirage mold), and a black Countach (Reissued as Deep Cover). Outside of the eHobby redeco, neither of these cars were sold in any other way. However, PC himself has a major redeco in this set: The grey base of his trailer is actually chromed. So, in his combined robot mode, it looks very very cool. However, I've only seen *one* for sale on ebay since like 1999, and the chrome was pretty badly chipped.

I've also seen an all yellow-clear one, too. He be here, along with the other versions.

:wave :wave Other than Ebay, it will be hard in obtaining this Movie Promotion Magnus. Technically, Movie Magnus had never been reissued before especially not with the Autobot insignia logo and stickers or in TF box.

Powered Convoy aka Diaclone Optimus Prime powered up version had been reissued before, giftset.
