Very cool for your own take, but doesn't hold up as a Cannon-type of Continuity...but very cool for a remake as it were.

 

Yes if you were to redo G1 under this principal it is very cool indeed.

Well, at least in the Dreamwave continuity, which Hasbro has taken for official, Megatron went through great lengths and pain to increase his power and to make himself more lethal. I don't think Vector Sigma created him that way to begin with.

Well actually that depends. Because in One of the old G1 continuities the Constructicons built Megatron, but the problem with that is after that Megatron reprogrammed them...it all gets confusing then. Really it all just goes to hell and I prefer not to think bout it today...having stressed day.

Seriously, I like this take. It's a little introspective, something that you really don't see pulled off with much tact. You did a good job with that, though. But yeah, it doesn't mesh with continuity--even if original continuity is so boned to begin with.
