Optimus Prime, because he's the most active character in the Transformers Universe and they always make a lot of different toys for him.

    Warpath. He's bombastic, and he was my first TF back in the 80's. And also Deadend, b/c he's chronically depressed. 

    Beast Wars are my favorite toys and cartoon, so I would have to say Depth Charge. Love the toy and his character is a bad ass.
