ok so all the photoshopers here dont know how to do ne thing?

cmon ne on who knows how to do ne thing with photo shop would be immensly helpful. i just got it and i dont know ne thing and im learning it as i go and im not going very far right now.

I'm not very experiance with doing Digi-repaints but since no one else is helping you...

This advice is for photoshop 7

the main way I know how to recolor using photo shop is using a function of the Painbrush tool called "color" to find it click on the tool bar at top where it says "normal" scroll down till you see "color" (it's toward the bottom). What this does it sorta change the color of what ever you go over to variations of the color you selected. Be as broad as you want with this tool because you can use the "history brush" (directly underneath the Paint brush) you can erase changes you've made and bring it back to the original picture.

While this does some cool stuff, there are some draw backs. Some colors just don't want to work the way you want it with it (ie. white just turns things grey). And some times if you're going over a dark color it doesn't act the way you'd want to. I honestly don't know of any other good way to do this with out replaceing each pixil and guessing at the differnt shades. If anyone else has a better way go ahead and say something.

Er....hope this helps you at all ()^_^

These pages have examples of some digi-repaints I've done. The first one I did the steps I mentioned as well as mess with the overall picture color.

:thumb no problem man. Glad I could help. If you can't do it with Armada Megs, try using a pict of Armada Galvitron, the lighter colors could make it easier.
