Thanks to the Transformers collectors site Robot Points who have share some of the history and mystery behind the Beast Machines / RiD Megabolt Megatron: Concept and the evolution of this very unique figure. Fans of Beast Machines remember the pleasure of finding out about the new Megabolt figure that was announced by Hasbro only the followed by the pain of the cancellation at the end of the series.
