A request on the allspark made me think of this.

 

The front end would split up to form his shoulders after which the head can be pulled out, but I'd say the rest is pretty obvious. Pincers can turnaround and the arms can fold out just like on a regular scorpion. The big canon would fold behind the chest in botmode. :) Two more twin gunturrets could attach to the arms, in theory there could be added some extra artillery, but we don't want to overdo it now do we. :P Oh, do notice the little patriotstyle rocket pods located on the upper arm part (next to the cockpit) and one that flips out of the tracks part on the side of his upper leg for some extra defence on the flanks. :)

 

I left the actual scorpion paws out though.
