RTS Spec Ops Jazz Question

Recommended Posts

I picked up a second RTS Spec Ops Jazz on sale since my first one has a nasty scratch on the rear window. When I opened the second one I noticed that while the first one has white plastic forearms, the second's forearms are black plastic painted white. While my camera's busted up so I have no pics, what I can note is that the first jazz has 03051 stamped on the left foot and the second has 02561 on it. Is it a running change in the production line? I'm also curious as to what version others got...

My jazz' arms are white plastic

mine are painted, and he was part of the initial wave
